Get a more stable charging voltage, prolonged service life and lower working temperature, this is the end of your battery charging problems. Straight-forward plug-and-play fitment for most Triumph models, including Daytona 600, 675, Tiger 955i, 1050 all models. Distance between the fastening M6 bolts, center-to-center: 75-83mm.

It will also fit any motorcycle model that features a 3-phase alternator with a magnetic rotor with an output up to 500W/50Amp and a 7 or 5 wire connector. However, fitting on other models other than those stated will probably require modifying the connectors (bike-side connectors included) or direct soldered wiring (recommended). Before fitting it to your bike, make sure that the connectors on the bike side are free from corrosion or burnt marks, especially the 3 AC output wires from your alternator (yellow or white wires on most motorcycles, black on many triumph models) which work at high amperage. The black or green ground wires should have 0 resistance to ground.

Measure the AC voltage output of your alternator before fitting the new charger. Ensure that all the connectors are firm and good and have no significant resistance, as faulty connections will damage the rectifier.
