Their fully floating design features EBC's unique and patented S-Drive button system, which use square sided rivets captured in square drive pockets on the rotor and hub allowing the outer rotor the ability to expand and contract freely under the heat of braking without suffering rivet lock - preventing distortion and vibration. Ultra lightweight but strong disc providing quality, superb looks and performance.

Patented square drive button system prevents loosening as well as vibration while riding. Hand built and inspected to minute tolerances to ensure quality all of the time. EBC have also developed a range of solid rear discs, made from heat treated stainless steel with the same outer rotor design to fully compliment the front rotors. They are extremely popular with many riders who prefer the "feel" of organic pads. Superb Streetbike pad providing unrivaled feel under breaking. Low dust and disc abrasion. Fully TUV tested and conform to the new ECE R90 brake regulations which are about to storm the European market. Most EBC organic pads have expansion grooves which reduce noise and prevent cracking.

The aramid fibre compound with non-ferrous particles helps to prevent surface "scorching" under load. The main difference to sintered pads is'lifetime', they do have a shorter life than a sintered pad, but their performance in spirited street use is undisputable.
