I believe this is the same as the 98-04 Sprint ST 955i swingarm because those have the same part number. You just have to swap the shock linkage. As far as condition, the bike was straight and in good shape, does have some marks, keep in mind it's age. You get everything pictured, nothing more, nothing less.
