The bike itself is absolutely stunning. If thats not enough to peak youre interest the condition and performance of the bike is backed up by a fully stamped service book and comprehensive service file containing pretty much every receipt ever obtained in maintaining it.
I have 2 keys and 2 alarm fobs for the Datatool System 3 alarm. Ill get the imperfections out of the way before moving onto the good bits, its a short list. Right hand front indicator stalk taped over, hardly noticeable but needs pointing out. Approximately 5 small stone chips on front fairing (see photos).Rear mudguard has some stone chips (see photos). The service work was carried out on the following dates and mileage and, as stated, the book is fully stamped to support this. The bike has had a couple of tasteful extras professionally fitted, with the majority of receipts to prove. (guarantee card present, no receipt).
(Certificate of installation dated 08/04/2005 included with instruction booklets and 2 working fobs). This sounds like thunder and is a genuine Triumph part which was professionally fitted (receipt to prove) and then followed up with the bike being re-tuned to maximise its performance (again there is a receipt which proves this). Gloss black to match the rest of the bike.
During the most recent service, carried out this week, it had all the fluids changed (brake, engine oil and coolant), new spark plugs and a new oil filter. During the service I was told the front pads had around 400 miles of life left in them so these were replaced with EBC FA236HH Sintered pads. The MOT was carried out on 12/05/2017, there were no advisories.
I have all the previous MOT certificates which back up the mileage of the bike. The bike is currently running on Michelin Pilot Road 4 tyres , these were fitted and balanced on 18/03/2016 and have covered less than 700 miles. I have the receipt to prove this.
In all it wants for nothing and is ready to be ridden, possibly once or twice more by me while my name is still on the log book, but mostly by its new owner. There are a couple of extras that can go with the bike.
The original silencer and some rear fairing protectors. The original owner had some side luggage bags he used on a couple of camping trips (or something like that) and he bought these so they didnt scratch the paintwork. They are pretty easy to fit and remove and well worth having if you plan to fit luggage. There is also a tinted screen and the passenger seat. Whoever buys this bike wont be disappointed, Im a long term eBayer and take pride in my 100% feedback so you can rest assured that this bike is accurately represented.Once you come and see it, and I insist that you do , you can see for yourself. The bike is located in Rainhill, Prescot, Merseyside which is an L35 postcode. It is 2 miles off junction 7 of the M62 motorway (Rainhill Stoops) and Rainhill train station is a short distance away which can be reached easily from Warrington, St Helens, Liverpool, Manchester etc. Dont come along and try negotiate another price or call me to say you have found another closer to home.
