He had also only done 2200 in the ten years he had owned it! I removed the rear wheel for powder coat, the swingarm was stripped of all its bearings and they were all replaced with new bearings and spacers and the rear hub greased at the same time. When the rear wheel was off being powder coated I also had the fairing brace re-coated as the original powder coat was lifting. The chain was replaced with a new DID x-ring and Renthal sprocket with +2t gearing so it picks up very very well. The engine was given a service with a new filter and Castrol power 1 racing fully synth oil. The front and rear calipers were stripped, all pistons were polished and then rebuilt with Castrol red rubber grease and the front brakes are phenomenal although the rear is typical T595 and very wooden in feel but it locks when required. All brake fluid was obviously changed when the brakes were stripped. I have also just replaced the gearchange rubber and the gear shift shaft seal as it was leaking. Paintwork was mopped and looks well. The high level Remus exhaust fitted and the bike comes with the standard exhaust. I also have the original levers as I have fitted CNC Pazzo replica levers.

The bike has been remapped with TuneECU to accompany the open exhaust. This bike genuinely needs nothing other than the small oil leak sorted and is good to go with 8months MOT and the log book in my name. I'm currently looking for a 90's Fireblade or TL1000S in similar condition with similar or lower mileage.
